Job description

Thompsons Travel is looking for an Emergency AfterHours Senior Consultant, who has experience in client servicing and has outstanding customer service skills. Suitable candidates will service the afterhours facility.

  • Previous experience in afterhours is essential.
    • Requirements

      • Minimum 5 years in corporate travel environment
      • Online proficiency and experience
          • Working knowledge of Excel and other MS Office Applications Outlook
          • Proficiency in Amadeus, Quicktrav & Galileo
          • Good geographical knowledge
          • Sound knowledge of fares and rules for both domestic and international travel
          • Ability to meet deadlines, targets, and attention to detail critical.
          • Good communication skills and a team player.
