Roles & Responsibilities

Board Certified Neurologist with active license in Louisiana or Interstate Compact.
MD or DO degree with at least 5 years of clinical practice experience.
Strong understanding of outpatient tele-neurology services.
Ability to perform patient reviews, consultations, and provide recommendations.

Requirements:

Conduct outpatient tele-neurology clinics for approximately four hours weekly.
Review patient charts and conduct one-on-one patient visits.
Provide recommendations to referring providers based on patient assessments.
Potentially perform Curbside and E-Consults in the future.

About the Opportunity:

Are you a Board Certified Neurologist looking to get involved in an exciting new project? Do you desire flexibility in your work schedule, more autonomy in your professional life, and the rewards that come from helping the underserved? We are seeking a Neurologist to perform Outpatient Tele-Clinic. Our focus is to remove barriers to accessing specialty care.

Job Responsibilities/Requirements

Active license with the Interstate Compact or licensure in Louisiana is required.
Half day of tele-specialty clinic per week.
Starting with four (4) hours of patient care/clinic hours and two (2) dedicated administrative hours per week.
Patient chart review, one-on-one patient visits, and recommendations to the referring provider.
Potential to add do Curbside and E-Consults in the future, along with performing interpretations.
Flexible scheduling.
