        • What Youll Do:

          • Hunt for new business: Identify and target new opportunities through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.
          • Prospect with precision: Build a robust pipeline by targeting highpotential clients in construction, manufacturing, and legal industries.
          • Sales leadership: Take charge of the sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing the deal. Own your results and exceed your targets.
          • Consultative selling: Understand the needs of potential clients in the construction, manufacturing, and law sectors, and position Thriveon’s strategic IT services as a solution to their business challenges.
          • Build relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers at Csuite levels to position Thriveon as a trusted partner.
          • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and delivery teams to align strategy and maximize success.
            • Who You Are:

              • Proven Sales Hunter: 3+ years in B2B sales or business development, preferably in IT services, technology solutions, or consulting.
                  • SelfStarter: Highly motivated and comfortable working independently to hit and exceed aggressive sales targets.
                  • GoGetter: Comfortable picking up the phone, sending emails, and hunting for new business every day. You know how to turn cold leads into warm opportunities.
                      • Relationship Builder: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a talent for building rapport with executivelevel stakeholders.
                      • Techsavvy: Comfortable discussing and selling IT services like fractional CIO, cybersecurity, proactive IT management, and digital transformation solutions.
                      • Problem solver: Strong analytical skills to understand client pain points and craft tailored solutions.
