Job description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong background in healthcare sales, particularly in engaging with medical professionals such as doctors, podiatrists, and weight loss clinics. This role is focused on generating highquality leads by setting appointments, enriching lead data using specialized tools, and following up with healthcare providers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Utilize platforms like Apollo and CRM tools to identify and qualify healthcare decisionmakers.
  • Appointment Setting: Reach out to healthcare professionals to schedule meetings via calls and emails.
  • Data Enrichment: Enhance lead data and pinpoint the right contacts within healthcare organizations.
  • Healthcare Sales Expertise: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s healthcare offerings to effectively communicate with professionals.
  • FollowUp & Rescheduling: Ensure missed appointments are promptly rescheduled.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align on strategies and goals.
  • Inbound & Outbound calling: Conduct cold calling and warm calling to potential clients
    • Requirements

      • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare.
      • Experience with lead enrichment tools like Apollo.
      • Familiarity with CRMs to track leads and outreach activities.
      • Excellent communication skills for professional engagement with healthcare providers.
      • Strong time management and selfmotivation.
      • Proficient in using scheduling and lead management tools.
      • Experience in healthcare outreach campaigns (e.g., wound care, and weight loss clinics).
      • Knowledge of appointmentsetting best practices in the medical field.
        • Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:

          • Internet Connection:
            • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
            • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
            • Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
                  • Primary Device:
                    • Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
                      • Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
                      • A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
                              • Backup Device:
                                • Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
                                • Must be functional during power interruptions.
                                      • Peripherals and Workspace:
                                        • A functioning webcam.
                                        • A noisecanceling USB headset.
                                        • A quiet, dedicated home office space.
