As a Sales Representative with our client, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities while also ensuring client success postsale. You will work closely with our Customer Success Team to ensure seamless handover and longterm client satisfaction.
New Business Development (Primary): Identify and engage potential customers through inbound and outbound strategies.
Consultative Selling: Understand client challenges and position the client as the problemsolving expert.
Account Management: Support existing customers, ensuring they maximize the value of our platform.
Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the endtoend sales process – from first contact to deal closure.
Collaboration with Customer Success: Work closely with the CS team for smooth onboarding and longterm value delivery.
CRM Management: Use HubSpot (or other CRM tools) to track pipeline, customer interactions, and deal progress.
Sales Strategy Contribution: As part of a growing learning organization, your insights will help shape sales processes, pricing models, and productmarket fit.
