9+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably in private equity-backed companies.
Extensive experience in inventory operations and cost accounting.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing and distribution industry practices.
Requirements:
Evaluate and improve accounting, finance, and operations functions for private equity portfolio companies.
Provide expert guidance on inventory management, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
Develop and implement inventory accounting policies and standard costing systems.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and participate in business development activities.
