Established in 2016, the Greek entity Arηs Developments Hellas aims to extend Arηs Group activities dedicated to the European market providing highquality services in Software Development, covering the entire application development lifecycle: starting with user requirements, business process redesign and specifications, to continue with development, testing and application maintenance.

Job Description
  • Define and manage business and technical requirements for the platform, including scoping, roadmap definition, iterative development, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Translate requirements into clear deliverables such as user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, and technical specifications using tools like Azure DevOps, Miro, or Figma.

  • Coordinate software development activities, ensuring implementation quality, alignment with scientific needs, and timely delivery. This includes backlog management, sprint planning, and progress tracking in Azure DevOps.

  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and infrastructure policies, including collaboration with technical teams to address risks, align with INFRA policies, and maintain security documentation.

  • Administer and maintain Azure DevOps, including configuration of Boards, Queries, Test Plans, Wikis, and access permissions to support efficient team workflows.

  • Coordinate and manage platform enhancements, including planning for additional features such as sandbox environments, opensource integration, marketplaces, and reporting modules.

  • Support integration and interoperability activities, ensuring APIs and data exchange layers are well specified, tested, and documented.

  • Lead documentation efforts, including user guides, standard operating procedures, technical overviews, and onboarding materials to ensure longterm maintainability and knowledge transfer.

  • Engage in stakeholder communication and change management, facilitating adoption of tools and practices across a range of users and technical maturity levels.

    • Qualifications
      • Master’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Software Engineering, or a related field.

      • 10+ years of experience in business analysis, technical solution design, and software integration, especially in public or scientific domains.

      • Strong experience in stakeholder management across diverse disciplines (scientific, legal, technical, communications).

      • Experience working in the public health or epidemicpandemic intelligence domain.

      • Proven track record of working with international organizations

      • Proficiency in BPMN and tools such as draw.io, Lucidchart.

      • Strong handson experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Wiki, Test Suites, Configuration).

      • Expertise in SQL, RDBMS, HTML, XML, JSON, CSS.

      • Experience with Figma, Miro, and other collaborative wireframingdesign tools.

      • Strong writing and presentation skills in English for both technical and nontechnical audiences.

      • Excellent critical thinking, problemsolving, mentoring, and change management capabilities.

        • Desirable Qualifications

          • Experience with epidemiological modelling or mathematical modelling for infectious diseases.

          • Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., IIBA CBAP, PMIPBA), Agile (e.g., PMIACP), or Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).

          • Contributions to business analysis or project management communities (e.g., talks, publications).

          • Familiarity with opensource health IT solutions.
