Job Description:

Searching for motivated individuals looking to add some excitement to their life and join our amazing team. You will have the opportunity to work with clients to help plan all of their travel needs. This role will require you to have great communication skills and be willing to develop an in-depth knowledge of travel. This is an amazing position for an individual who loves to travel and help others.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Book travel/plan trips for clients
• Attend trainings/meetings to help you become more familiar with the resources
• Work with other team members
• Complete ongoing trainings to earn certifications
• Make reservations
• Be available to respond to clients in a timely manner
• Research and create itineraries for your clients
• Take care issues that may arise before or during your clients trip
• Willing to be patient and look out for the best interest of your client
• Effectively communicate with clients pre/post travel
• Work with the budget set by your client
• Create promotional material

Skills & Qualification Requirements:

• Be able to navigate and work social media
• Have a smartphone, laptop, or iPad
• Access to reliable internet
• Willing to help others
• Good communication skills
• Self motivated
• Time management (Be willing to dedicate time to trainings and clients)
