Key responsibilities:

  • Provide desktop and laptop support to end users.
  • Maintain SLAs for incident resolution and coordinate with support teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve printer and email issues.
  • Configure and troubleshoot handheld devices like mobile phones and tablets.

  • Job Accountabilities

The post holder will provide effective IT assistance across all aspects of the business and

will provide support to the end users. The post holder is responsible for supporting and maintaining

  1. Providing Desktop & Laptop support to end users-
  2. Maintain SLA for Incident and coordination with concern team for support and resolutions.
  3. Providing Level 1 Support for Printer & Email Problems
  4. Configuring & trouble shooting problem w.r.t Operating System
  5. Configuring and Trouble Shooting Handheld devices like Mobile Phones and Tablets
