For 30 years, the attorneys of Isaacs & Isaacs have fought for injured victims in the states of Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio. With over $2 BILLION collected for clients, Darryl Isaacs and the Isaacs team continue to call out big insurance companies, businesses, and individuals looking to make money off from victims injured in car crashes, truck accidents, commercial vehicles accidents, and wrongful death cases. We cannot undo the incident, but we can do everything in our power to make people whole in the eyes of the law by demanding justice and fair compensation.  This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, community ties, and a background in sales, customer service, or legal services. 


The Opportunity
Our Referral Agent will ensure care for clients as cases are referred in and out of Isaacs & Isaacs.

Key Responsibilities include:

  

  • Handle the referral of cases to other law firms from Intake, Pre-Lit and the Authorization Committee. 
  • Follow up on case status of all referred out cases to the appropriate law firm. 
  •  Maintain detailed records of leads and referral activities using CRM/Filevine or tracking tools. 
  • Ensure cases that are referred to law firms are handed off to the referring law firm or ensure that the prospect is aware of the next steps of their case. 
  • Prepare copies of case files to referral atty. 
  • Respond to clients/lien holders/insurance companies that reach out to I&I for updates on their case. 
  • Provide updates to firms on cases that they have referred to Isaacs & Isaacs. 
  • Ensure that we are paying referral fees to firms that have referred Isaacs & Isaacs cases. 
  • Prepare and update Excel spreadsheets and dashboards each week. 
  • Update Settlement and disbursed details when deposit confirmed in SS and Filevine. 
  • Hold referring law firms accountable to communication standards to the clients and the firm and alert management to any issues with referral partners. 
  • Alert management when a new referral partner is needed for a certain state/case type. 
  • Maintain updated contact information for each firm in Filevine and Lead Docket. 
  • Research possible new referral partners as needed. 
Requirements
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with limited supervision
  • Must be able to prioritize work and work under pressure. 
  • Must have exceptional communication and written skills.
  • Must have computer skills including Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must have home office set up for HIPPA compliance if working remotely.
  • Proven experience in referral marketing, sales, customer service, or a related field (legal industry experience a plus). 
  • Familiarity with personal injury law or legal terminology is a plus. 


Salary Description
$20.00-$22.00 + Monthly Bonus
