ROLE OVERVIEW:

Jumpfactor is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager who excels in both strategy and handson execution. You’ll manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more, with a strong focus on B2B paid ads for the IT, MSP, and digital marketing sectors. Experience with Reddit and Quora Ads is a bonus. A key part of this role will be driving both brand awareness and conversions, ensuring campaigns are optimized for maximum ROI through extensive AB testing.

You will own paid ad strategies, executing campaigns from scratch and revitalizing existing ones. In addition to optimizing performance, you’ll lead a team of junior PPC specialists, refine processes, and ensure campaigns align with business goals. You’ll also communicate regulary with clients to manage expectations and communicate complex paid ad strategies.

          • 7+ years of experience in Paid Ads management across multiple platforms.

          • Proven expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Bing Ads.

          • Experience with Reddit Ads and Quora Ads for B2B lead generation and brand awareness.

          • Strong experience managing B2B campaigns in the IT, MSP, and digital marketing sectors.

          • Knowledge and expertise in both brand awareness and conversion strategies.

          • 23 years of experience leading a PPC team and managing workflows.

          • High proficiency in English communication (spoken and written).

          • Ability to work EST business hours (Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 5:30 PM).

          • Deep understanding of tag management, tracking, and retargeting strategies.

          • Strong analytical skills and experience with datadriven optimization.

          • Familiarity with SEO, CRO, and the broader digital marketing ecosystem.

          • Able to communicate technical PPC concepts effectively to clients and manage difficult conversations.

          • Experience in collaborating with account managers and other digital marketing teams

          • Experience with client communication to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success.

            • PPC MANAGER POSITION DETAILS:

              PPC Strategy & Execution

              • Develop and execute multichannel PPC strategies tailored for B2B lead generation.

              • Build and refine brand awareness and positioning by testing ad variations and analyzing performance across platforms to improve engagement.

              • Manage and optimize search ads (Google & Bing) to maximize quality leads and conversions.

              • Oversee display ad campaigns to build brand awareness and capture midfunnel traffic.

              • Design and manage retargeting strategies to nurture leads and drive conversions.

              • Create, test, and optimize social ad campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram

              • Launch Reddit and Quora Ads to engage niche B2B audiences and position the brand as a thought leader.

              • Identify highintent keywords for search campaigns while refining audience targeting for social ads.

              • Implement extensive AB testing on ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies.

              • Maintain and refine negative keyword lists to improve ad relevance and efficiency.

              • Bonus if you have experience working with eCommerce merchants, optimizing PPC strategies for productdriven businesses.

                • Client & Team Management

                  • Lead and coordinate work for junior PPC team members.

                  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and best practices for PPC execution.

                  • Collaborate with content, SEO, and sales teams to align PPC efforts with broader marketing goals.

                  • Regularly speak with clients and team members to discuss campaign strategies, progress, and adjustments to ensure alignment and success.

                  • Communicate technical PPC concepts effectively to clients and manage difficult conversations.

                  • Manage 1020 clients at a given time, providing tailored PPC strategies and personalized attention to each.

                    • Performance Tracking & Reporting

                      • Monitor and optimize budget allocation and bid adjustments for maximum ROI.

                      • Track KPIs, CTRs, conversion rates, cost per lead (CPL), and ROAS to assess performance.

                      • Produce detailed performance reports and dashboards for leadership.

                      • Identify and mitigate click fraud risks and optimize ad spend efficiency.

                      • Stay uptodate with PPC, SEM, and ad platform trends, incorporating new tactics as needed.

                        • JOB TYPE:

                          • PartTime (20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm EST) with a time tracker
