The Senior Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects for government clients as well as drive profitability through effective P&L management.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Leadership and Management: Acts as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort, managing activities across multiple teams and locations.
• • Client Interaction: Serves as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction.
  • • Project Oversight: Develops detailed monthly status reports, reviews project deliverables, and ensures adherence to quality standards.
    • • Team Coordination: Directs efforts of crossfunctional teams, including contractors, to achieve project goals.
      • • Performance Monitoring: Tracks and reviews contractor performance, integrating tasks and managing conflicts.
        • • Resource Management: Manages project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
          • • P&L Management: Take ownership of program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
            • • Compliance: Ensure all programs comply with federal regulations, contractual obligations, and company policies.

                                      Qualifications
                                      

                                      • Master’s degree in business administration or a related field.
                                      • • 10+ years of experience in program management, preferably in federal contracting or technology sectors.
                                        • • Strong understanding of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and compliance requirements.
                                          • • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problemsolving skills.
