Were seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our product strategy. In this role, you will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver innovative, usercentric solutions that strengthen our competitive position in the market and accelerate business growth through datadriven product decisions.

What Youll Do
  • Craft and communicate a compelling product strategy aligned with our company mission and business objectives

  • Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap that balances business goals and customer needs

  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer requirements, market dynamics, and business impact

  • Lead crossfunctional collaboration with engineering, design, and marketing teams to drive successful feature delivery

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners, incorporating their feedback into product development

  • Partner with the design team to create intuitive, userfriendly interfaces that enhance overall user experience

  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to ensure our solutions remain innovative

  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve product usability

  • Lead initiatives to optimize user activation, onboarding, engagement, and retention metrics

    • Qualifications
      • 5+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated success in fintech products andor B2B SaaS platforms

      • Track record of successfully launching and scaling financial products from conception to delivery

      • Experience with user activation, onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies is highly desired

      • Excellence in crossfunctional leadership and stakeholder management

      • Strong analytical skills and ability to make datadriven decisions

      • Proven ability to thrive in fastpaced environments, with a bias for action, rapid iteration mindset, and comfort with ambiguity

      • Bachelors degree in business, finance, technology, or related field; or equivalent work experience
