This is a hybrid role. Office attendance is required at least twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays for collaboration and connection. There may be additional inoffice days for team or company events.

About Ironclad IT

Our IT team plays a pivotal role in creating platforms for success so our Ironclad team can execute on our vision. As an IT teammate, you’ll partner with our internal team on growth strategies and execute on technology needs as we grow. You also bring empathy to understand employee technology needs. You’ll enable the team, build out new infrastructure, and design IT strategy for a fastpaced, fastgrowing technology company.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and maintain robust system integrations leveraging APIs, integration platforms (iPaaS), and custom workflow orchestration to push the boundaries of zerotouch automation

• Provide architectural solution diagrams and process maps

• Collaborate: Partner and collaborate with IT and other key department stakeholders to define requirements, suggest solutionsalternatives, and agree on priority

• Execution: Provide technical skills to challenging technology problems, driving successful outcomes across Ironclad’s environment

• What we’re looking for:

  • 4+ years experience supporting and integrating enterprise SaaS Platforms (Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Coupa, etc) at scale in Automation EngineerDevOps related roles

  • Experience handling multiple largescale projects simultaneously

  • Experience in a fastgrowing company; direct experience implementing SaaS system changes, access controls, and enhanced employeecentric processes with focus on security and global scale

  • Experience with low, nocode iPaaS platforms (Workato, Okta Workflows, Zapier, Tray.io)

  • Expertise in leveraging one or more programming languages (Python, TypeScript, JavaScript) to interface with APIs and web services

  • Experience with cloud service providers such as GCP, AWS and Azure

  • Strong understanding of identity and access management (Okta, Google Workspace)

  • Familiarity using database solutions such as PostGres, MySQL, MongoDB

  • Handson experience with AIdriven platforms or implementing AIbased agentsworkflows is a strong plus

    • Base Salary Range: $105,000 $125,000

      The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate. Our base salary is just one component of Ironclad’s competitive total rewards package, which also includes equity awards (a new hire grant, along with opportunities for additional awards throughout your tenure), competitive health and wellness benefits, and a commitment to career growth and development.
