Job description

RECON Search are working with a Pharmaceutical research agency, who are part of larger MedComs group of companies. They are looking to grow their specialist insight team with an addition of a Research Manager.

The role will be supporting the Senior Management Team. You will ideally have experience of both Quant and Qual research, managing teams and developing client relationships.

They provide a range of insight services from understanding the market, exploring the patient experience to pricing, positioning and segmentation. You will also work alongside the MedComms team on integrated projects.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing pharma research agency. They have a Central London HQ and offices around the UK, whilst operating a flexible hybrid work policy.

The role offers a competitive base salary up to £55k and good benefits.
