We are seeking an enthusiastic and tenacious individual to join our team as a Senior LTL Account Executive. The primary responsibility of a Senior LTL Account Executive is to identify high-volume Less-than-Truckload (LTL) opportunities, and build upon our current customer network.


Responsibilities:

  • As a Senior Less-than-Truckload (LTL) Account Executive, you will be responsible for utilizing the CRM to identify, call, and track prospects with high-volume LTL opportunities.  
  • Effectively maintain a pipeline to generate revenue to meet or exceed goals and expectations
  • Build relationships with customers and be the main point of contact 
  • Understand market trends and conditions to offer competitive solutions to our customers
  • Additional responsibilities as needed
Requirements
  • 5+ years of LTL logistics sales experience
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Confident decision-making skills
  • Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
