BEMS Service & Small Works Engineer West London

We are seeking passionate and talented BEMS Service & Small Works Engineers to join our team and help drive innovation in the Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) sector. If you’re a skilled BEMS engineer with experience in service, faultfinding, commissioning, and modifications, we want to hear from you!

As part of our dynamic and growing team, you’ll be working on cuttingedge projects across a diverse range of sectors including Healthcare, Leisure, Stadia, and Education. You’ll be pivotal in delivering highquality service and technical expertise, while also contributing to the development and growth of junior engineers. Your role will be customerfacing, ensuring excellent relationships and the highest standards of service delivery.

Basic Salary – £35,000 £45,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities

  • Commissioning & Testing: Plan, commission, and test new installations, upgrades, and modifications to existing BEMS systems.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service and technical advice.
  • Fault Diagnosis & Problem Solving: Use your expertise to identify and rectify complex system faults across control panels, field wiring, electrical control panels, and BMS controllers.
  • Project Delivery: Ensure all projects are delivered successfully on time and to specification, always aiming to exceed customer expectations.
  • Mentoring: Support and guide junior engineers, sharing your expertise and knowledge to help them develop their skills.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain highquality standards and ensure all work meets compliance and regulatory requirements.

      Who We’re Looking For

      • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a BEMS Controls Engineer, with a strong engineering background.
      • Solid experience with TREND hardware, networks, andor Tridium control platforms.
      • C&G Level 2 or equivalent electrical qualifications.
      • Strong diagnostic and problemsolving skills.
      • Solid mechanical plant knowledge.
      • A proactive and selfmotivated individual who can work independently and manage time effectively.
      • Full clean driving license and an interest in energy management.
      • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and influence at all levels.
      • A flexible “cando” attitude, with the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
      • Ability to mentor junior staff members and apprentices.
        • Desirable

          • Tridium N4 Certification.
          • Trend Expert Status (current or prior).
          • Experience with Siemens X Works and Desigo Insight.
          • Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management standards.
