Key responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for BFSI sector roles.
  • Identify and screen candidates using various sourcing methods.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams for interview scheduling and feedback.
  • Assist in onboarding and training of selected candidates.

Job description

Job Role:
Need few TA executives with BFSI End to end recruitment experience
  • Responsible for End to End recruitment.
  • Identifying candidates via Job Boards, Social Networking Sites, Referrals, Head Hunting, Market Mapping and through your own professional networks.
  • Sourcing and Screening candidates, Conducting interviews to identify best candidates to fit client need.
  • Working directly with Client Account Managers and Business Development Head to understand the requirement, present qualified candidates, and coordinate interview scheduling.
  • Provide feedback to both candidates and clients regarding interviews, and facilitate communication during offer stage
  • Negotiate with candidates in order to identify a compensation level that is fair and competitive to both parties
  • Coordinating with backend team to onbarding and training of selected candidates
  • 12 years of NON it recruitment Bulk Hiring
