Protegrity is seeking a passionate and talented Senior Solutions Integration Architect to join our North America Field Delivery Team. If you enjoy being handson, solving integration puzzles, and guiding customers through successful deployments without managing people this role is designed for you.

This job is for you if:

• You’re someone who thrives at the intersection of architecture and implementation—comfortable designing integration patterns one moment and jumping into a working session with a client the next.

• As a Senior Solutions Integration Architect, your day often begins by reviewing a customer’s environment and mapping out how Protegrity’s platform can be integrated to meet their data protection goals.

• You’ll collaborate with Solution Engineers and Customer Success to translate business needs into technical blueprints, then roll up your sleeves to help bring those solutions to life.

• You’ll frequently provide overtheshoulder guidance to client implementation teams—whether it’s walking them through an ESA configuration, supporting a DSG deployment, or helping troubleshoot a Cloud API integration.

• You’ll be a trusted technical partner during critical delivery milestones.

• You’ll lead Q&Astyle office hours, offer consultative support during installations, and ensure that best practices are followed across environments.

• Responsibilities may include but not be limited to:

  • Design and implement integration patterns that align with enterprise architecture and customerspecific data protection goals.

  • Provide overtheshoulder guidance to client implementation teams during software installs, configuration, and validation—especially in secondenvironment or multiphase deployments.

  • Lead technical working sessions and Q&Astyle office hours to support customer teams through ESA, DSG, and Protector installations, following packaged delivery milestones.

  • Collaborate with Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and R&D to ensure solutions are technically sound, scalable, and aligned with customer expectations.

  • Translate business and technical requirements into actionable integration plans and architecture diagrams using tools like Visio, Draw.io, or PowerPoint.

  • Develop and document best practices, reusable templates, and repeatable delivery processes to improve consistency and efficiency across customer engagements.

  • Maintain deep knowledge of cloudnative technologies, integration approaches, and DevOps practices to inform solution design and delivery.

  • In addition to the qualifications a successful candidate will demonstrate:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

    • 8–12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, integration engineering, or technical delivery roles.

    • Proven ability to work independently across multiple concurrent projects in a matrixed environment.

    • Handson experience with integration tools, APIs (RESTfulSOAP), and data platforms (ETL, RDBMS, data lakes, warehouses).

    • Strong understanding of CICD pipelines, containerization, and orchestration in cloud and hybrid environments.

    • Proficiency in SQL and at least two programming languages (preferably Python, Java andor C#).

    • Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

    • Experience supporting customer teams through implementation milestones, including installation, configuration, and validation of Protegrity components.

    • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, as needed.

    • Preferred Qualifications:

      • Experience delivering integrationheavy projects.

      • Familiarity with Protegrity’s packaged delivery model, including ESA, DSG, and Protector deployment milestones.

      • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, data privacy regulations, and secure software development lifecycle (SDLC).

      • Active CISSP or equivalent certification is a plus.
