Job Title: Senior Technical Engineering Lead – Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity & RMM Platforms
Location: Remote (Must be available during EST business hours) Anywhere in LATAM

About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Technical Engineering Lead with a strong foundation in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity, as well as handson experience with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools. This is a handson, clientfacing role ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced MSP environment and enjoys working with cuttingedge technologies.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead engineering initiatives across DevOps, cloud, and security domains.
Deploy, manage, and optimize RMM platforms such as Nable, ConnectWise, Kaseya, etc.
Build and maintain cloud environments—Azure is essential, with additional exposure to AWS and Google Cloud preferred.
Manage and monitor network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
Implement and support EDR, MDR, and XDR security solutions.
Utilize PSA tools like Autotask and Datto for service delivery and automation.
Create reports and dashboards using PowerBI, with data sourced from SQL and automated via Python scripts.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth delivery of IT services and solutions.
Required Skills & ExperienceExtensive handson experience with RMM tools (Nable, ConnectWise, Kaseya, etc.)
Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure; working knowledge of AWS and Google Cloud a plus.
Strong understanding of network infrastructure management and related tooling.

Prior experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) setting
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
