Knowledge in integration methodologies for ServiceNow.
E.G. Active Directory, SSO, SCCM, runbook, etc.
Good understanding of ServiceNow Logs for troubleshooting & adhere ServiceNow best practices.
Experience creating Scripted REST API, and knowing when its appropriate to use an OOB API or integration method.
