Roles & Responsibilities

Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Industrial Production, Automotive, or Electrical engineering.
7+ years of experience in Teamcenter Support within a global engineering organization.
Proficiency in resolving issues related to NX, Zuken E3, PCAD, and I-Deas applications.
Working knowledge of Teamcenter modules such as My Teamcenter, Workflow Viewer, and Organization.

Requirements:

Address Teamcenter issues raised by the global engineering community within SLA deadlines.
Manage licenses for all applications supported by CAE Services.
Perform performance testing for new CAD product releases.
Coordinate with infrastructure teams during application outages and train users on application enhancements.

Job description

Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering (MechanicalIndustrial ProductionAutomotiveElectrical) with 7+ years
of experience in Teamcenter Support in a global engineering organization
R&R: Address Teamcenter issues raised by the global engineering community within the SLA’s
 License management of all applications supported by CAE Services
 Performance testing for new CAD product releases
 Coordinating with other infrastructure teams in the event of an application outage
 Create new Teamcenter user accounts for global users
 Train users on application enhancements after every CAD releases
Mandatory Skills: Proficient in resolving simple and medium issues in any of the following applications – NX, Zuken
E3, PCAD and IDeas
 Working knowledge with Teamcenter modules such as My Teamcenter, Workflow Viewer,
Organization
 Good Problem solving and Decisionmaking skills
 Strong presentation and communication skills
Desirable Skills: Experience working in a capital equipment industry
 Completed certification courses on Windows Server handling
 Exposure to Azure services
