Responsibilities
· Interact with Product Owners, End Users and other Stakeholders for requirements gathering.
· Closely collaborate with the product management and engineering teams to identify product vision and goals.
· Independently handle complex projects endtoend as solelead designer.
· Working in teams to deliver against a road map, understanding and validating requirements, grooming your ideas, and iteratively making progress until you get to the ideal design solutiondirection together.
· Define and develop key workflows, wireframes and prototypes and communicate them effectively in a fastpaced agile environment.
· Work within design system guidelines to ensure designs are user friendly while remaining consistent with our design framework.
· Advocate user needs throughout the development life cycle in an agile, iterative environment to ensure problem: solution fit.
