Job description

Job role : Team Lead Talent Acquisition

Experience : 810 Years

Notice Period : Immediate joiner

  • Shift Timings 5 PM to 2 AM or 6 PM to 3 AM
  • To cover few additional region ad hoc work and Costa Rica overlap) – candidate should be flexible with time, in case this has to change in future
  • Work Location – Gurgaon or Bangalore (Remote for now) – this role will need to call people in Costa Rica (internal external)

      • Excellent Communication
      • Should have experience working in corporate preferable and hardcore Recruitment experience (NO small firm where they have mix role of HRBP, Admin, Ops, etc.)
      • Should work independently
      • Should manage senior stakeholders
      • Handson with endtoend recruitment
      • Work with recruiters to ensure the hiring is in smooth manner and maintain documentation
      • Handle escalations, if any
      • Take responsibility and accountability of the entire Hiring process
      • Weekly Monthly publishing reports
