SOFTSWISS is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer to join our Sportsbook team.
About Product:SOFTSWISS Sportsbook Platform

Purpose of the role:You’ll work on the infrastructure and deployment architecture behind our Sportsbook product, contributing to scalable operations and smooth delivery in a highload, highavailability environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the product and development teams to align infrastructure with technical and business goals.

- Set up and maintain production and staging environments with a focus on stability, scalability, and security.

- Build and support GitLab CICD pipelines to automate deployment and testing workflows.

- Monitor infrastructure and respond to alerts, including rotating daynight duty shifts.

- Continuously improve provisioning, maintenance, and automation processes using infrastructureascode tools.

- Participate in the design and architecture of distributed and highavailability IT systems.

Required Experience:
- 3+ years of experience as a System Engineer, SRE, or DevOps in a production environment.

- Proficient in Linux system administration and troubleshooting.

- Handson with configuration management tools (AnsibleSaltStackTerraform or Pulumi).

- Experience deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters.

- Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, including highavailability setups.

- Familiar with monitoring systems such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Zabbix.

- Experience working with message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.

- Strong communication skills and fluency in Russian, English B1+.
