You will play a crucial role in assisting Swedishspeaking clients by addressing their inquiries and providing timely solutions.


Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer emails in Swedish, ensuring accurate and detailed answers regarding products and services.
  • Assist clients with order inquiries, account issues, and other general support needs.
  • Troubleshoot customer problems and deliver effective resolutions or escalate them as needed.
  • Document all customer interactions within the CRM system for future reference and tracking.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to maintain high standards of service quality.
  • Identify and report recurring issues and customer feedback to management for process improvements.
  • Remain informed about product lines and company policies to provide informed assistance.

      • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
