- Able to understand the ins and outs of the supply chain operations
- Deliver results by leading 12 Kaizen projects
- You have 5–10 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, ideally within crossborder ecommerce operations.
- Youve worked in a toptier ecommerce company (e.g. Alibaba Level 5+, TikTok Level 21+) and understand how highperforming supply chain teams operate at scale.
- Shopify experience is a big plus!
- You’re confident with project management, data analysis, and working with ERPWMS systems to drive decisions and improvements.
- You can use English as a working language. Fluent writing and reading is acceptable if the rest of your experience is a strong fit.
- You’re organized, meticulous, and a critical thinker who can communicate clearly and drive results.
- You’ve worked with SQL, Python, dbt, BI tools, ETL tools like Fivetran or Airbyte, or alerting tools like Monte Carlo or Airflow (not required but a plus).

- This is not a salaried position. This is an Independent Contractor role.
- This role is only for candidates who are currently based in China.
- You must be able to commit at least 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
- We require everybody in the team to use Hubstaff (https:hubstaff.com) to track hours worked.

Your Team When You Join UsYou’ll be part of our Supply Chain Team, made up of 28 team members, all reporting directly to our Supply Chain Manager based in China. You will also lead 2 direct reports. It’s a fastpaced, collaborative team focused on driving operational excellence across our global ecommerce operations.
