SANDBX was established in 2017 as a small startup and has grown to be a significant player with a solid portfolio of 50+ projects! We are proud of our stateoftheart technology stack and the inhouse culture. We love what we do, say what we feel, and practice what we preach. Really into your job and not into office politics? This is the place for you!

We are looking for people who love what they do and are good at it. During the hiring process, you’ll discover that being able to fit into our company culture is equally important. We cherish our laidback, easygoing atmosphere and stay away from office drama.

The company’s core focus lies in building and deploying sophisticated AI models tailored to specific business needs, ensuring seamless integration into existing workflows and products.

At its heart, TheMind specializes in creating advanced AI tools and platforms designed to optimize processes, enhance decisionmaking, and drive efficiency across industries. Whether it’s developing AIpowered trainers for fitness networks, crafting intelligent shopping assistants for ecommerce, or exploring novel AI applications, TheMind consistently delivers solutions that redefine what’s possible.

In addition to its proprietary AI products, TheMind offers comprehensive ML consulting services. These engagements range from shortterm strategic workshops to longterm partnerships, where the team collaborates closely with clients to design, develop, and deploy AI models that deliver tangible results.
