We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our talent pool. This role is perfect for individuals early in their sales career or those with relevant internship or customerfacing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach to potential leads through email, LinkedIn, and cold calls
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and set up meetings for the Business Development team
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and pipeline status in our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Research target accounts and tailor messaging strategies accordingly
  • Continuously test and refine scripts and outreach strategies based on feedback and performance
    • Requirements

      • 0–2 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or clientfacing role
      • Internship or work experience in B2B or SaaS companies preferred
      • Comfortable making cold calls and initiating conversations with new prospects
      • Adaptive communication style and willingness to iterate on messaging
      • Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with HubSpot is a plus)
      • Fluency in English is required
        • Nice to have

          • Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or sales support
          • Familiarity with the EOR, PEO, payroll, or HR tech space
          • Remote working experience
          • Experience working in a fastpaced or startup environment
          • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese
