Job Description

Staff4Me is looking for a dedicated and skilled T3 Engineer to join our technical support team. In this role, you will provide expertlevel support for escalated technical issues, ensuring that our clients receive prompt and effective solutions. You will collaborate closely with Tier 2 engineers, vendors, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot complex problems and implement new technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Provide realtime assistance to Tier 2 engineers and PNOCs, handling escalated calls and technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve outstanding issues, coordinating with properties and recommending technician visits as necessary.
  • Manage circuit cutovers, ensuring that all IP blocks are properly configured and receiving adequate bandwidth.
  • Work with vendors to configure devices for new circuits and assist with cable runs to core switches.
  • Implement and troubleshoot PMS and portal page functionalities, including access code creation.
  • Conduct wifi surveys and troubleshoot issues related to thirdparty vendors, including conference services and payment systems.
  • Manage repeat dispatches for unresolved PNOC cases, ensuring that problems are thoroughly addressed.
  • Provide data analysis and correlation to identify faults in both wired and wireless production infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with engineering and logistics teams as well as thirdparty vendors for the integration of new equipment and technologies.
    • Requirements

      • Experience as a Tier 3 Engineer or in a similar technical support role.
      • Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of network infrastructure.
      • Preferred certifications related to network technologies (e.g., Ruckus certifications like RIXCI, RAZSA).
      • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
      • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
      • Experience with circuit configurations, PMS systems, and thirdparty service integration is a plus.
