Job description

NeoWork is seeking an experienced and certified Senior Salesforce Administrator to support our clients Revenue Operations team. This critical role is ideal for someone who thrives on owning the Salesforce infrastructure endtoend, from scoping and discovery to implementation, QA, and user support.

Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the full Salesforce environment, including system performance, configuration, and governance.
  • Design and implement custom fields, flows, views, dashboards, and automations to enhance usability and performance.
  • Build and maintain user roles, profiles, permissions, and hierarchies to ensure proper access control.
  • Conduct proactive QA, manage storage usage, and monitor for potential outages or performance issues.
  • Communicate system updates in advance, ensuring endusers are informed and supported.
  • Provide ongoing user support and troubleshooting with a customerfirst mindset.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and features, applying them to improve business operations.
  • Lead change management efforts and mentor junior team members where applicable.
  • Respond to ad hoc report and dashboard requests while developing strategic reporting frameworks.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
    • Requirements

      • 3+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a fastpaced environment.
      • Salesforce Administrator Certification (SFDC Certified Administrator).
      • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification (SFDC Certified Advanced Administrator).
      • Proficiency in quality assurance (QA) processes and testing best practices.
      • Experience in project scoping, discovery, and implementation for Salesforcerelated solutions.
      • Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
      • Excellent communication skills and ability to work crossfunctionally.
      • Ownership mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach.
      • Must be located in Colombia or Argentina and available for occasional hybrid engagements (10 inoffice days per month, if applicable).
