Summary: Zifcare is a boutique recruitment agency that has been set up by an IITIIM alumnus. We work towards matching the right roles with the right talent. Our clients are some of the top startups in their sector.

Were looking for smart and technologically savvy psychologyHRMBA candidates who are ready to be part of an earlystage company and grow fast. The successful candidate(s) must have experience in technical and nontechnical recruitment + exposure to major recruitment tools and platforms.

Responsibilities:

Selected candidates daytoday responsibilities include:

1. Screening and interviewing the candidates
2. Creating and managing job posts on multiple platforms
3. Scheduling interviews with candidates for clients and ensuring participation
4. Helping out the team with content creation, social media, lead generation, etc.

Salary: INR 15,000 INR 25,000 per month + incentives based on successfully closed roles

Interview Process:

  • Introductory discussion (3045 min)
  • Case study and followup interview
  • Final discussion and team introduction
