Technical Recruiter – Internal Staffing

📍 Remote | 🕐 PST or EST Hours | 💼 FullTime

Hire Hangar is hiring a Technical Recruiter with deep experience in assessing candidates for technical roles. You’ll lead fullcycle recruitment efforts for highdemand positions, working closely with hiring managers and clients to identify and engage toptier tech talent.

🔍 What You’ll Do

  • Lead endtoend recruitment for technical roles, from sourcing to offer

  • Conduct technical interviews to evaluate candidate skills and team fit

  • Partner with hiring managers and clients to refine job requirements and priorities

  • Manage a highvolume pipeline while maintaining exceptional candidate engagement

  • Track and update progress using ATS and sourcing platforms

  • Share insights and contribute to continuous process improvements

      • 2–3+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in a highvolume environment

      • Comfort conducting technical interviews and vetting hard skills

      • Experience working with or within staffing firms serving tech clients

      • Strong communication skills and a proactive, organized mindset

      • Must be able to work PST or EST hours a few days per week
