Why we need you

Your ability to quickly learn about the product, business, and technology is your superpower. You crave growth and learning, but also have the experience to guide and accelerate the growth of others. You’ll own execution of complex features that your team builds, setting technical direction, mentoring engineers, and ensuring your team is delivering highquality, scalable, and reliable systems. In parallel, you wont shy from getting hands on and making technical contributions yourself.
You’ll lead by example building APIs that other engineers can use to solve customer problems, shaping architectural decisions, and ensuring Common Room’s core internal capabilities, infrastructure, and systems continue to serve the needs of our customers and our team. You’ll be a bridge between engineering, product, and other stakeholders, keeping us one step ahead of the product roadmap.
Outside of technical work, you’ll participate in important companybuilding initiatives (from hiring and onboarding to improving processes) that a fastgrowing startup needs to scale successfully.
