Role and Responsibilities:

The Endpoint Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for managing Symantec Endpoint Infrastructure through SEPM. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of related IT work experience and extensive knowledge in tool support including install, operate, manage, maintain, update, upgrade, patch and administer SEPM. The Endpoint Infrastructure Manager will coordinate and followups with SEP site Engineers, server, and EUC team to ensure 100% systems are compliant. Additionally, the manager will generate daily SEP risk report and ensure daily SLA with the customer. Provide AVSEP Agent deployment and Management, experience in Policy Configuration Management and Generate health and operational reports. Manage IncidentRequestChanges related to SEPM and experience in all performance troubleshooting and testing activities related to Malware protection. Lead and participate in outage calls and Understand SLA and ensure the SLAs are met as per the agreement with the customer. Finally, manage the inventory up to date for all cluster locations and able to create policy and procedure manual.

Candidate Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of related IT work experience preferred
• Expertise in tool support, including install, operate, manage, maintain, update, upgrade, patch and administer SEPM
• Ability to coordinate and follow up with teams to ensure 100% system compliance
• Experience with generating daily SEP risk reports and meeting daily SLAs
• Experience configuring and managing AVSEP agents
• Experience with Policy Configuration Management and generating health and operational reports
• Experience in managing IncidentRequestChanges related to SEPM
• Experience in all performance troubleshooting and testing activities related to Malware protection
• Experience leading and participating in outage calls
• The ability to understand and meet SLAs as per the agreement with the customer
• The ability to manage inventory up to date for all cluster locations
• Ability to create policy and procedure manual
