About the Role
We are looking for motivated Dutch speakers to join our remote Customer Support team in Greece. No prior experience is required full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries in Dutch via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information, guidance, and problem-solving with professionalism.
Document and update customer interactions in the system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written).
Good level of English for training and internal communication.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Based in Greece with eligibility to work remotely.
No previous experience needed willingness to learn is essential.
