Job description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator to oversee daily business operations and ensure the efficiency of administrative processes. The Business Administrator will play a key role in managing resources, supporting management, and implementing policies that contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage daily business operations and administrative functions.

  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to improve efficiency.

  • Monitor budgets, financial reports, and resource allocation to support organizational goals.

  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth business operations.

  • Handle correspondence, reports, and documentation for management.

  • Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and company policies.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational growth.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Masters preferred).

  • Proven experience as a Business Administrator, Office Manager, or Administrative Manager.

  • Strong knowledge of business operations, finance, and administration.

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, business management tools, and databases.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking.
