**Travel to Office expectations**
For Remote Roles: As this role is remote, there will be inoffice events that will require travel to and from the Mississauga andor Salt Lake City office. These will include, but not limited to, onboarding, team events, semiannual and annual team meetings.

For Hybrid Roles: As this role is Hybrid, there will be an expectation to reside within commutable distance to the officelocation specified in the job listing. This will include, but not limited to, weeklybiweeklymonthly events in the office with your specific team. This is a requirement for this role.

About the team:

This team provides solutions that streamline internal processes, improve implementations and deliver scalable, autonomous services across our employee facing corporate platforms. We work closely with senior leadership, solution architects, and product teams to bring LLMdriven agents and intelligent workflows into production across a dynamic healthcare SaaS environment.

Job Summary:

This role exists to bring AIpowered automation into realworld use across our corporate platform. It focuses on building intelligent workflows with Microsoft Azure tools to streamline operations and enhance delivery. The position connects IT and operations with AI innovation to deliver measurable impact in a rapidly evolving environment.


Key Responsibilities:

•Build and support AI agents and intelligent workflows using Microsoft Azure tools such as Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, and Copilot Studio.
•Design and implement AIpowered orchestration and automation for use cases such as configuration streamlining, onboarding automation, and data migration.
•Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (integration, implementation, product, support) to deliver highquality, scalable AIdriven solutions.
•Develop APIs, scripts, and tools to connect LLMbased agents with existing enterprise systems.
• Support testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI workflows in production.
•Stay current with Microsoft’s AI platform roadmap and emerging industry trends.
•Contribute to the evolution of our internal AI delivery model and promote AI best practices across teams.



Your Key Strengths:


•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
•Experience building AIpowered workflows using Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio andor Now Assist.
•2–5 years of experience in software or cloud engineering
•Exposure to AI agent orchestration or multiagent systems
•Handson experience with Microsoft Azure services (Azure AI, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Cognitive Services)
•Familiarity with retrievalaugmented generation (RAG) or vector database integration.
•Experience working with multiple LLMs (OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI, Gemini), prompt engineering, and AIdriven automation.
•Proficient in Python, C#, or JavaScriptType Script
•35 years experience working in SaaS or enterprise environments.
•Familiar with CICD pipelines, Git, and cloud deployment practices.
•Understanding of healthcare data formats (HL7, FHIR) is a strong plus.
•Strong problemsolving skills and eagerness to learn in a fastmoving environment.
