Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Syndication loan operations team to manage bilateral loan transactions. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in ACBS and a deep understanding of bilateral loan operations, documentation, and loan servicing.
Responsibilities:
· Manage Syndication & bilateral loan transactions from inception to maturity
· Lead the syndication process from start to finish, including identifying potential lenders, preparing information memoranda, coordinating due diligence, and negotiating loan terms.
· Manage relationships with lenders, borrowers, and internal stakeholders.
· Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and other relevant information to assess credit risk.Work with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of loan agreements
· Review and negotiate loan documentation, including credit agreements, loan agreements, and other ancillary documents
· Perform loan maintenance activities, including payments, interest accruals, fees, and other billing items
· Monitor loan covenants, ensure compliance, and report exceptions to management
· Maintain accurate and complete loan data in ACBS and other loan systems
· Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
· Contribute to process improvement initiatives and other adhoc projects
