Job Description

We are seeking a Client Partner to lead our next phase of growth by spearheading AI transformation efforts within our largest Fortune 1000 accounts. This is a role for a strategic leader who can shape, sell, and deliver multimilliondollar AIdriven transformations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Accounts AI Transformation Strategy: Lead and execute a strategic plan to identify and secure $10M+ opportunities by positioning Blend360 as the goto partner for AI transformation. Own the overall P&L for your assigned account.
  • Drive CSuite Relationships: Cultivate and expand relationships with Clevel executives and key decisionmakers, acting as a trusted advisor to help them navigate the complexities of AI adoption.
  • Shape AI Solutions: Collaborate with clients and our internal teams to define and architect bespoke AI solutions that solve their most pressing business challenges. This includes developing compelling proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) for largescale projects.
  • Lead with Impact: Ensure client satisfaction and project success by orchestrating the delivery of highquality AI solutions, leveraging the best talent from across Blend360.
  • Scale the Partnership: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities that drive sustainable, longterm growth for the account.

      • Proven Track Record: Minimum of 10 years of experience in client management or business development, with a demonstrated history of selling and delivering $5M+ deals in the analytics, data, or AI space.
      • AI Transformation Experience: A deep understanding of how to apply AI and machine learning to drive business outcomes in large, complex organizations. Deep experience in the financial services industry is required.
      • Strategic Driver: Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset and a proven ability to proactively build and nurture Clevel relationships, and a passion for driving significant business growth.
