- Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI layouts, and document designs.
- Contribute to the design system and optimize existing interfaces.
- Participate in design reviews and mentor other designers.
Job description
Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Senior UIUX Designer.
You’ll work in our Setup Team, contributing to our continued growth and innovation in the Casino Platform.
Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to the development of the design system — from concept to token implementation and developer collaboration

- Design complex user flows based on analytics, user research, and productbusiness requirements.

- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, final UI layouts, and documentation.

- Optimise existing interfaces and participate in UX refactoring

- Work with conversion funnels, user flows, and complex navigation logic.

- Participate in design reviews, mentor other designers, and help elevate the overall quality of the team.

Required experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a UXUI or Product Designer.

- Strong expertise in designing for both web and mobile platforms.

- Experience in the iGaming industry is a significant advantage.

- Systems thinking and the ability to create scalable UI solutions.

- Advanced proficiency in Figma, includingvariables, tokens, and automation, understanding of the Figma Tokens → JSON → Dev workflow, component setup, documentation, and plugin usage.

- Ability to engage in constructive dialogue with product managers, developers, and fellow designers.

- Good written and spoken English.

- Russian is the main working language within the team.
