Role Overview

As a UX Researcher at Scalepex, you will play a pivotal role in understanding user behaviors, needs, and motivations through various research methodologies. Your insights will directly influence product design and strategy, ensuring that our solutions are usercentric and effective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research Planning & Execution: Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research studies, including interviews, surveys, usability tests, and field studies.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze research data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to integrate user insights into product development.
  • Reporting: Present research findings to stakeholders through clear and compelling reports and presentations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest UX research trends, tools, and methodologies to enhance research practices.

      Qualifications
      • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of handson experience in UX research.
      • Technical Skills:
        • Proficiency in various research methods and tools.
        • Experience with remote research tools and platforms.

              • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HumanComputer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
              • Soft Skills:
                • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
                • Excellent communication skills in English.
                • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

                    • Preferred Qualifications
                      • Experience working in AgileScrum environments.
                      • Familiarity with UX design principles and tools.
                      • Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.
