Key responsibilities:

  • Design and execute user research processes, including problem mapping and data analysis.
  • Create reports and communicate insights to inform design and product decisions.
  • Conduct user testing, interviews, and workshops with clients and internal teams.
  • Develop personas, user journey maps, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
