Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee people management across corporate and resort locations.
  • Manage manpower planning, recruitment, and training activities.
  • Handle employee engagement, satisfaction, and rewards programs.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements, and manage IR and Labour negotiations.

Employee Satisfaction
Rewards and Recognition
Statutory & Legal compliances
Dealing with Trade Union IR and Labour Negotiations
Dealing with Government semigovernment agencies
Liasioning with Political Social groups
Employee Separations
Reduce attrition resortwise and map reasons for separations
Performance Management
Monthly Report

Requirements:
Must have 1215 years of corporate HR experience handling the entire gamut of HR function
Must have IR and Trade Union handling experience
PostGraduate – MSWHRIR
