Our solution integrates with top accounting systems, ERPs, and CRMs to give finance teams a single source of truth, helping them reduce risk, drive decisions, and ensure the right data is always at their fingertips.

As US Paralegal you’ll serve as a trusted advisor across the company, managing a variety of commercial agreements, ensuring compliance, and navigating the complex intersection of fintech and data privacy. You’ll work crossfunctionally with Sales, Customer Success, Procurement, Product, and leadership to drive business forward while safeguarding the company’s legal and regulatory interests.

This is a 100% remote position in the Eastern time zone in the United States.

What Youll Do

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, including SaaS agreements, partnership deals, vendor contracts, and NDAs.
  • Lead and evolve privacy and data protection compliance efforts (CCPA, GDPR, and other emerging frameworks).
  • Support crossfunctional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Finance) with legal guidance on a daytoday basis.
  • Advise business stakeholders on legal risks, rights, and obligations related to commercial relationships, strategic initiatives, and corporate matters.
  • Stay on top of regulatory developments in fintech, SaaS, and data privacy, translating complex requirements into clear business guidance.
  • Support and strengthen internal policies, training, and best practices on legal and ethical standards.
  • Conducting comprehensive vendor assessments and due diligence to evaluate security posture and compliance.
  • Completing detailed security questionnaires to verify vendor adherence to security standards and policies.

    • Requirements

      • 5+ years of legal experience from a SaaS company
      • Deep knowledge and practical experience in U.S. and global data privacy laws and frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, DPA).
      • Good knowledge and vast experience working in the field of privacy, confidentiality, and data protection.
      • Proven track record in negotiating and managing complex commercial agreements.
      • Strong business judgment, with the ability to balance legal risk and business priorities in a fastmoving environment.
      • Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative, solutionsoriented approach.

        • What We Offer

          • Target salary is $90110k annually, depending on skillset, years, and relevance of experience, and location.
          • Competitive compensation, ongoing recognition, and, most importantly, a chance to learn, contribute, and develop your skills.
