Paralegal Job Description

Highly organized and motivated individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and paralegal support to attorneys.
  • Maintain and update client files.
  • Draft legal documents, such as motions and correspondence.
  • Conduct legal research.
  • Manage attorney calendars and schedules.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues via phone, email, and text.
  • Follow up with clients for updates and ensure satisfaction.
  • Supporting Administrative Operations.
    • Requirements

      Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Strong organizational and time management skills.
      • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
