1.      PHP version: 7.4.33

2.      PostgreSQL version: 15.10

Frameworks:

1.      For PHP, we use our own in-house framework (closer to vanilla PHP than to any widely known framework).

2.      For templates, we use Smarty (version 3.1.34).
