AU RTO Marker (Early Childhood Education & Care | Fulltime | Remote)

Background
  • We’re on the lookout for a detailfocused AU RTO Marker to help ensure training tools for early childhood qualifications meet the gold standard. This role is all about reviewing and assessing the assessments themselves—before and after they ever reach a learner.
    • About the Role
      • You’ll review assessment tools for the CHC30121 Certificate III andor CHC50121 Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care.
      • Your job? Make sure every task, question, and criteria is relevant, accurate, and compliant with Australian frameworks like the NQF and EYLF.
        • Your Key Responsibilities:
          • Assess and validate early childhood education assessment tools.
          • Ensure alignment with national qualifications and industry standards.
          • Use LMS tools to review and manage materials.
          • Evaluate compliance elements such as mandatory reporting and parent communication.
          • Recommend improvements to ensure clarity and fairness.

              About YOU
              • You hold TAE40116 or TAESS00019 qualification.
              • You’ve worked in the childcare industry, ideally in a learning or training role.
              • You’re confident navigating compliance, documentation, and learning frameworks.
              • You’re open to additional studies or a brief placement in Australia to strengthen industry alignment.
              • You’re able to identify gaps or inconsistencies in assessment structure.

                  • You’ve reviewed or developed assessment tools in early childhood education.
                  • You’ve applied frameworks like the EYLF in realworld settings.
                  • You’re used to LMS platforms and documentation systems.
                  • You have a WWCC or are willing to obtain one.
