Role and Responsibilities:
Responsible for loan servicing, settlement, cash application, LC, loan booking, and funds disbursement.
Partnership and communication skills (written and verbal) to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure strong controls in transaction approvals and have a highend understanding of transaction reviews and approval processes.
Possess functional expertise in ACBSLIQLS2 and proficiency in reconciliation.
Prioritize tasks efficiently, make effective decisions, and demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
Utilize strong analytical skills to manage metrics and provide timely resolution of open items.
Provide process training and refreshers to junior staff, track and provide feedback on errors, and update knowledge of key operating procedures.
