Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Manage and resolve accountrelated issues, working proactively to prevent escalations.
  • Maintain account health by monitoring key performance indicators and ensuring compliance with Amazon policies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support client needs, including logistics, inventory, and general operations.
  • Handle daytoday account administration, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide periodic reports and insights to clients on account performance and potential improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and maintain longterm relationships.
    • Requirements

      Requirements:

      • 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or clientfacing roles.
      • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
      • Proven ability to problemsolve and handle account challenges with a proactive mindset.
      • Highly organized and detailoriented, capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
      • Experience working in a fastpaced environment with shifting priorities.
      • Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams.
      • 90day probation period.
        • Nice to Have:

          • Experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts or working in an eCommercerelated field.
          • Background in eCommerce agencies or Amazonfocused consulting.
          • Understanding of basic Amazon policies and account health maintenance.
          • Familiarity with reporting tools and performance tracking.
          • Prior experience in a consumer products or retail environment.
